our mission

Our mission is to support SMEs and startups with the necessary financial tools to grow their businesses. We want to enable founders and business owners to focus on their products and clients, and let us take care of the rest.

our vision

Our vision is to be there right from the start long before traditional banking offers are available to entrepreneurs. As companies grow, and just like the sherpas on Mount Everest, we want to help our members to the top.

We want to create a community benefiting from advanced financial technology services and from a full range of unique community deals specifically designed for them.

Our story

Founded in 2015, our company SnapSwap International S.A. holds an Electronic Money License in Luxembourg that is passported to all EU member states. SnapSwap is fully licensed and regulated by the financial regulator in Luxembourg (CSSF). SnapSwap holds a Principal Mastercard Membership which allows the issuing of credit and debit cards and processing the transactions. SnapSwap is a member of the ABBL, the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association, the oldest and largest professional association in the financial sector and is SEPA homologated.

The Everest project was started by SnapSwap’s CEO, Denis Kiselev. An entrepreneur himself, he is all too well aware of the difficulties entrepreneurs encounter when setting up their companies, opening accounts or getting business cards. Everest is an innovative response to that need backed up by Mastercard, a titan of the credit card market.
