How to deposit your share capital?

1) Open an everest account

  • Start the registration process and select the option “I am creating a new company and need to deposit share capital to finalise my company registration” during the onboarding process on the Company Details step. Then, declare the beneficial owners and upload the necessary documents.

2) Deposit your share capital

  • Once your account is verified and the application is approved, you will be able to login and deposit your share capital to the IBAN provided. Send an email to one of our agents at info@everestcard.com and they will help you to generate the certificate and finalize your company registration.

3) Register your company

  • As soon as the transfer of the funds is effective, everest delivers you the blocking certificate to share with your notary. This allows you to proceed with the registration of your company in the Trade and Companies Register (RCS).
